What to eat Wednesday

* Re-posted with de-puffed mallow imagery

It may seem all we eat is chocolate and treats around here. It seems thats what I post a lot of! This is Jay's Mom's recipe- mmmmyum. This goes great with last weeks brownies, and a little ice cream!

Hot Fudge
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup margarine
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk (1 whole can)
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine ingredients and bring to a boil stirring continually. Turn down heat and continue stirring until it turns darker in color and begins to thicken. (10-15 minutes) Stores in fridge for a month or so. (HUH? how could you have this in your fridge for a month?)

Alisa-- question...there is marshmallow creme in the picture but it is not listed in the recipe?? Is it supposed to be in there? It looks delicious and I just wanted to know if I needed to buy marshmallow creme or not!

OOPS! That is so funny, thanks for pointing that out! I had made "smores sundaes" for our treat, and it had marshmallow creme in it.
You take ice cream, hot fudge, and the marshmallow in a glass then eat it with ghrahm crackers.
Thats why I made the hot fudge...
