When I moved to Colorado I lived with a family and helped take care of their little boy and little girl during the day while the mom was at school. This banana bread recipe came from her. I love it warm out of the oven with butter. When I make it, it totally takes me back to living in Colorado. Living in a place with mountains. The cool air. The 3 o'clock showers. And the little people I helped take care of and their sweet little voices.

2 C flour
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
