Would someone please tell me where in the world the phrase "whatever makes your skirt fly up" came from? Because seriously- who really wants that? I wore a skirt twice this weekend and I can sure tell you that I was trying NOT to have my skirt fly up. Maybe it had something to do with coming out of Walmart with a cartful and trying to stay clothed while I maneuvered in the Oklahoma wind to my car that I thought, why in the world would anyone want to have their skirt fly up? Where did that saying come from, and how on earth could it be a good thing?

Things that make you go...hmmmmm
One of the many reasons I don't wear skirts - except for Sunday.
That's one I've never heard before. I can assure you that I don't like my skirt flying up either.
I have never heard that expression before, but I can't think of a time that I really want my skirt to fly up.
I think that it started with the early pin-up posters. :)
