What to Eat Wednesday- 5 can soup




I got this from my friend Brooke. We were across-the-lawn-neighbors when we lived in Payson, Utah. We lived in a townhome, and our homes faced each other. It is funny for me to think that when we lived by to Brooke we only had 2 kids, and Jack was younger than Tucker is now. Oh time-

This is a great soup- its easy to have the ingredients on hand for those nights that you need something fast.


1 can each
chili
diced tomatoes
vegetable soup
tomato soup
corn
Dump cans, stir, heat, serve.

Hooray for 5 can soup! It's still a staple at our house and we keep a "set" in food storage as well and rotate it occasionally! We always have cornbread with it too. So cool to be featured on WTEW! Thanks Alisa!

Hey thanks for reminding me of this great soup. I didn't have anything (or so I thought) to make for dinner the other night and I remembered you blogged about that soup. It was as good as I remembered. Thanks to you and Brooke.
