I love this....I have had times that I have to talk myself through things. I say "choose not to be offended" or I say over and over "you have a choice to not take offense."
I also pray then, to understand the intentions of others hearts, and that others will know the intent of mine.

I say something like this to my clientsin the parenting group I lead....hmmmm....might have said something like this last night even! Good stuff.
