During my reading marathon, there was a knock on the door. It was Kim, with a little treat.
It was perfect timing. Sweet cream cheese dip, paired with apples & chocolate animal cookies.
8- ounce package cream cheese
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Beat in a mixer, scraping sides down.
