On the wall of the Reed home is this sign-They lived up to it.
Our stay here could not have been better.
The Reeds are long time friends of Jay's family.

Before we came I had talked on the phone with Tom Reed several times, and on the last phone call Tom said they were going to roll out the red carpet for us.
And they did!
On our entering their home we were greeted with this sign. And then on all of our doors were these signs...
Both Tom and Karen were so caring and loving to all of us- and especially to the kids. They welcomed us in, made us feel completely at home.
They put up with the noise of a family of 6, plus put up with a post-op little boy. (who made a whole bunch of noise on his own!)
Tom makes the best PB & J sandwiches - I will never be able to make them the way I did before. The family will now ask for PB & J "Tom Style!" He really uses the PB and the J like he is frosting a cake!
And we had the most delcious gingersnaps (which I still need to get a recipe for!) made by Karen. Our kids loved them. They were not too soft, and not too hard, and not too spicy either.
I loved meeting Tom and Karen.
We loved staying with the Reeds, loved being in their home, loved their hospitality, loved all of Karen's beautiful flowers.
Staying with them was such an enjoyable part of our vacation, and recovery for Luke.
