Colorado wrap up

So many fun things over the weekend, and so much special time.

Sunday afternoon was spent visiting enjoying the last of our time together.
There were many tears that afternoon, as we started saying our goodbyes- first to Mary and Paul, and her parents. Then as we left for the night and said goodbye to Chris, Susan, Becca, and Ben. (we saved our tears and goodbyes- for Jays parents for the next morning)

We loved relaxing in the swings, singing, or reading, eating or visiting.
We loved sitting out in the back yard together.

We loved watching Tucker playing in the fountain.

We loved visiting and sharing our stories with one another.

We enjoyed watching the kids put on a performance of "Spear Tunes."

We loved how much Tucker like his Uncle Chris.

We are glad that all the brothers and Jay's dad went to visit their grandmother.

We love that the brothers still act silly and make up inventions to make us rich!(look out for the up and coming "skurnal" to a mens bathroom near you!)

We loved eating together.
We loved going shopping.
We loved sitting in the hot tub.
We loved that our kids got to know their cousins. And how much our kids adored them.

We can't let it go as long as we did this last time, in between seeing each other!

Other fun things from the weekend.
Luke could not remember Becca's name. So I had him write it down, and when he could not remember he used it and read it like a cheat sheet!
Luke drawing dinosaurs (and then acting them out) with very realistic looking parts, and then added "modern meat" for them to eat.
.
Jack hanging onto everything that Ben said or did, and Ben putting up with it.

Looks like you had a wonderful time. I would love to see a live performance of Spear Tunes sometime. That is one of the cutest things ever.
