Jay's friend at work made a Iphone app that says FAIL- I need that right now.
I dropped my camera yesterday in about 1/2 cup water that was in a fetta cheese container. I was working on my what to eat photos. No more. Camera won't work.
It was a new camera. A gift brought home from Colorado from Jay. It was like my old one. It took excellent pictures in low light (which is mostly what I take). It was steady and could capture the kids even when they were moving fast. I have my other one, but I am mourning the loss of this one.
So today I am telling you what I want to eat. And what my family wants to eat.
Care to join me?

Sounds like the perfect camera. What kind is it??
I am so sorry. I know how you depend on your camera.
Just clicking through from Kristie's site, by chance, and saw your post. DO NOT TURN ON THE CAMERA! Place it in a large bag of rice and let it sit. The rice will pull the moisture out of the camera and it just might work again. :) It has saved several pieces of electronics here, including an ipod that went through the wash. Good luck!
Terry
PS: Be patient. Close it into the container of rice (gladware will work) and leave it for about a week. Again, good luck. I love my camera and feel your pain!
Oh no! Last Easter I dropped my camera on the tile floor. I screamed as I watched it crack. I am sorry. Also, I hope you do not mind me reading your blog. You have an amazing family and it has been fun learning more about you!
Thank you thank you Terry- i will forever have that in my mind. In fact, I probably will just go ahead and put some rice in a bag and have it on hand. Ready for the accident!
