What to Eat Wednesday-The Best and Easiest Scalloped Potatoes

My great neighbor Lisa Coffee shared this with me this last week. She even brought me the cream with the recipe. I had tons of potatoes so I was excited to try it.
This is the easiest potatoe recipe I have ever made. And so good. Creamy, yummy goodness.
You really can't mess this up. You even leave the skins on the potatoes! How easy is that?
Go now ... try it.

The Best and Easiest Scalloped Potatoes

1 quart whipping cream
2 plus cloves garlic (I cheat a little and use pre chopped garlic)
2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons pepper

Butter 9x13 pan.
Slice potatoes (may leave skins on) and layer in pan.
In a bowl mix cream, garlic, salt and pepper.
Pour over potatoes making sure cream covers them.
Bake 350 degrees for 2 1/2 - 3  1/2 hours.
Stir occasionally if you can, but it will be just fine if you don't.
That's it!

I am making these for dinner tonight, I just put the roast in the crock pot. At the store yesterday I forgot how much cream I really needed and just bought a pint, I guess I will just make a little less. Enjoy conference!
